East West Paradise was established in the year 1996 with the objective of catering to the crying needs to infuse ethical business practices, dynamism and vigour into the overseas employment endeavours of Bangladesh. With this aims in view, East West Paradise secured a Recruiting Agency Licence from the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The Company being fully aware of modern requirements of this trade in the face of international competition, has organized itselt with adequate infrastructural facilities to meet with such requirements. East West Paradise is well-organized and properly oriented in manpower export trade. Facilities have very carefully been developed and consolidated for mobilisation and selection of required number of differnt categories of workers as per the requirements of the overseas employers.

Bangladesh is trying hard to export their surplus work force in the international labour market to get their nationals productively employed. With vast reservoir of human resources but otherwise significantly resource-constraints, manpower export assumes special significance to Bangladesh for providing employment opportunities to its millions of unemployed workers and at the same time to earn the much needed foreign exchange for the speedy development of the country.
